The Role
The internship was a very positive experience, it allowed me to have a good insight into the business, and a great opportunity to meet people of all levels of seniority.
We were given the opportunity to produce work that was of real use to the business and would be used with clients, which made us feel valued, rather than simply updating internal databases for ten weeks!
I found that managers were approachable and very willing to give their time to interns and help with questions and advice.
Despite it being over the summer months, we were very busy, but this comes in phases over the ten weeks.
I do not study a finance degree, so it may not be useful for my course. But I have learnt alot of technical and practical skills which will help me in my future career.
