    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • People have to be the most important and significant aspect of my internship. I really enjoyed meeting the people there and they are so patient to show me what they do in the daily businesses. They also challenged me to contact the client on the phone and introduce myself to them. I learned awful lot of practical daily administrative jobs as well as the ability to organise forums and meetings with the senior members of the bank.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I feel valued by the colleagues as they continuously challenging me throughout the internship. My manager also introduced me to the whole floor where I was responsible to help around. I also got invited by the team to play cricket with the clients, having zero experience with cricket my team was able to help me and teach me on how to bat/ball. I was fortunately enough to ball out one of my clients.
