The Role
I've had a fantastic year and don't want to leave.
I've always felt appreciated and valued for what I do.
My line manager was extremely supportive in regards to training and my future career.
Working on an ad-hoc basis, you can't predict your workload. Sometimes very busy, sometimes I had much less to do. But during those times, I jumped on training opportunites so I was never bored.
I was given a decent amount of responsibility, but given that it is such a large organisation, it can sometimes be a bit hard to see how you fit in the larger picture.
Training was second to none. If you're proactive there are fantastic opportunites for you to pick up new skills.
The Company
Friendly, relaxed and informal.
Good training and social events during the first couple of months, then you have to take on a proactive role.
I'm impressed by all the training I received and the resources spent on my development, considering I'm only there for a year.
Subsidised Canteen

Healthcare/Dental
Despite working there for a year, you get no official advantage over other applicant in regards to the graduate scheme and will have to reapply.
The Culture
There was a good social scene.
Can't comment as I'm used to London costs. It's expensive.
