The Role
Generally the placement was good because the people in my office were very friendly and welcoming.
I did feel valued within my team and by other colleugues
I was given some guidance for the work given after i had completed tasks but not during, unless i was to enquire myself.
Not very, i didnt have a large workload due to the department i was in, but that was not at the fault of my line manager- there was just little he could give me.
Some infront of customer- as i got to go out to customer meetings but within my work given it was more pesonal learning and development and not beneficial to the dept.
I think the exposure to the industry will help me alot, and the opportunities to see customers
The Company
It was very quite during the day- as most of the team were at meetings but when busy everyone was really friendly
Not particularly- i was unable to prepare as i did not know my department but once i was into the team it was generally ok.
In the induction week we had great training from Fitch- which i enjoyed but during the rest of the programme there wasnt much invested in me.
Company Parties/Events
Quite- if i had mroe responsibility and in a full time job which could benefit the team then i would find them appealing.
The Culture
Some for the festival going on in the city and lots between other interns
I go to university in the city so the costs were normal for me
Good
