The Role
The work was varied in my role and I enjoyed collaborating over a wide range of projects
I was given important work which would have significant impacts on my teams performance in the coming years immediately and had to take my own initiative in all work
I was given superb guidance and was looked after well - was given suitable feedback and room for improvement
Some days really busy but other days it could be stagnant - dependent on how efficient you are with certain projects
I was given significant responsibility which would play a big role in the wider context of my team
Learnt to communicate effectively with fellow colleagues - learnt the importance of being assertive when needed and also have a key attention to detail
The Company
Hard working yet positive and fun vibe
Well structured and efficient, felt like was making significant contribution
There were several online and classroom based training sessions we could attend - had to take imitative to attend these, but resources were there
JP Morgan is one of worlds most recognizable institutions and one of the top banks in the world - prospects of career progression are endless
The Culture
We had social events where we had dinner and drinks - good way to bond with the team
Bournemouth was fairly cheap and there is a range of amenities - it can be quiet at times
It was great - but need the right people!
There are various sporting and other clubs
