The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship overall.
My team were open and inviting and my line manager was a great mentor.
The support within the bank was fantastic. Everyone is approachable and willing to help you to the best of their ability.
My department was dynamic and fast paced. On a daily basis I was extremely busy, with no two days ever being the same.
I study Financial Management, however I was placed in Communications therefore the skills I learnt were important but will not play a major role in my future career.
The Company
The office was always busy, it was a great atmosphere to work in.
The organisation and communication prior to starting was terrible!
I did not receive any formal training. I learnt everything on the job from shadowing colleagues.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Excellent, as it is a worldwide organisation the opportunities are endless.
The Culture
I was based in Dublin. The rent is extremely pricey and the social life is also above average.
Cant fault it.
