The Role
Lots of responsibility, and great support from line manager.
Very valued; varied tasks to help the team.
Amazing support for personal and professional development. Great, approachable team that were willing to help with all queries, large or small.
Busy enough. Well challenged but achievable.
Varied responsibilities to add value to the team.
Built confidence and professionalism. Developed a strong commercial awareness and insight into what characteristics I would like in a career.
The Company
Good banter in the office; unfortunate that many people worked from home throughout the week.
Well organised but would have been better if the communication was more transparent.
Great support from managers.
Company Parties/Events
Really want to get onto the graduate scheme!
The Culture
Love my fellow interns - Trap clan.
Manchester is so cheap; great social scenes.
Something for everyone.
Most of them involved drinking.
