The Role
Well structured internship with many networking events.
I worked with a really great team and they gave me a lot of responsibility and we got on well.
My Line Manager was very helpful and supportive throughout the internhsip
Good balance of work. Didn't need to work weekends or anything scary like that as some banks make you do. The group project and CSR challenge always gave me something to do.
I was trustued my manager and other member of colleagues to help with deal with clients. I was also trusted to go to client meetings.
Working to deadlines and report writing will help me for university.
The Company
Relaxed and there was good chat.
Had my pass on day one. Had login access by day two. Logistics were well handled.
RBS have been very suportive and helpful.
