The Role
Had a really good 10 week internship- was very well structured.
Felt very welcome from the first day. Collegues treated me as part of the team.
Always on hand to support me and give me advice. Never felt as though i couldnt ask anything.
Varied on rotations.
Treated as an employee and not just an intern.
Communication skills, social skills, presentation skills were all developed invaluably
The Company
Office was proffesional but also very friendly. Could approach anyone and also management were easy to approach in the office. Great atmosphere which added to the overall great experience.
Really well organised. Always knew my schedule and general intern deadlines.
Was able to explore other areas of interest and manager encouraged this. Also did online learning was well structured and compulsory too which i think was a positive.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
great place to work so would seriously consider a grad role if offered.
The Culture
Lots of socials. organised by the bank and also organised informally. always something to do every week.
London so as expected. Travel : better to buy a monthly pass is what i learnt/advise!
London!
