The Role
I have had a really positive experience in my internship. This is down to 3 reasons. My line manager was extremely helpful and engaged with the internship process. My buddy was also very helpful, friendly and organised regular catch ups. And finally my location in Manchester meant I had more responsibility and exposure which resulted in an extremely valuable learning experience.
The team were extremely helpful and friendly. I have developed lasting friendships with my work colleagues.
I had regular cath ups with my line manager and buddy. They tracked my process and were always available to help.
I was given numerous projects to work on and was always kept busy with engaging and challenging tasks.
I was given a lot of responsibility and expected to undertake tasks to the level of a Senior Relationship Manager.
This will be extremely helpful for networking.
