The Role
Good people and a wonderful way of actually getting an insight into the business. Felt I was given plenty of responsibility.
Felt I was thoroughly trusted by my colleagues and given plenty of responsibility.
Plenty of guidance when he was there, however felt that he was often absent and worked at home or in the North for at least 2 days most weeks.
Quite busy at times but felt that some days I had nothing to do or was not needed within the team. Sometimes, however, I felt the workload was too much and not possible to complete.
Felt I was given complete responsibility for a number of tasks that actually made a difference in the business. I was able to redesign and rewrite some of the material used by RMs or people in the business directly, so although it felt 'back office', I definitely felt involved in the business.
Very helpful personal development, I felt that some of the training allowed me to gain useful skills for life. Also, being in the corporate environment was extremely helpful for me learning how to best represent myself and my skills.
The Company
Good, positive when people were there but managers were often absent.
Poor organisation and preparation for arrival of interns.
Very much, felt able to improve personally and professionally.
Financial Bonus
Would definitely consider the graduate programme, since it provides more flexibility to move within the business.
The Culture
Very good social scene
Very expensive.
Very good but expensive.
A few, but not publicised enough in my opinion
