The Role
I went there as part of a small sales team and there was great camaraderie amongst us.
An incredible support network and I spoke daily with my direct manager. Each Sunday we had a review of my week and I was advised on areas I could improve in, then kept accountable to that through the week.
Worked from 8am - 9.30pm Monday through Saturday
i was running my own show, but most other things we taken care of for us.
The Company
No office
1 weeks training at the start of the summer, plus ongoing mentorship and weekly training meetings.
International Travel
Financial Bonus
I ended up doing this again my final year at uni, then 4 years as a graduate.
The Culture
The summer was quite focused, but good banter on Sundays - post-summer the social nights out I've had with the guys I worked with have been awesome!
about £40 a week including food, rent, travel. Not really a social scene to worry about.
had a good few nights out at the end of the summer in Nashville, but apart from that, didn't drink for 3 months!
the whole summer was pretty structured.
