The Role
I had a really good time learning about the business and we had access to a lot of learning websites for trainings.
RBS has a fantastic work culture and this is due to the staff being friendly
The management was highly experienced and worked closely with me on my projects and BAU
I was very busy due to my BAU and project work.
I was given the responsibility to look after three clients as well as working on mitigating a risk issue.
The placement gives you an insight into the business world and makes you reflect on what you are doing in your degree
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was really high paced which is what I like. The staff had a genuine sense of team work and supported each other in tasks.
The HR had good communication with us from the start to the end. This helped us ease into the role and work set up. My LM was proactive in setting up projects for me.
There were many websites I could use to learn about my division. There were trainings for excel and division specific roles.
