The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the internship, people had a lot of time for me and were helpful and friendly
Colleagues ensured I was involved and allowed me to contribute to the desk
I received regular feedback from my line manager and updates on my progress. However on the first rotation, their expectations of me weren't communicated very well and there was inconsistency between the rotations and therefore it was difficult to understand what was expected of you.
On the first rotation I wasn't kept that busy but their was a focus on finding my feet. The second rotation I was kept very busy, with multiple projects and daily tasks.
During the second rotation I was given a degree of responsibility including daily tasks and projects, which contributed to the desk.
It will allow me to see the application of my degree, however it will not assist my with my studies.
The Company
The atmosphere was energetic and motivating. People made you fell comfortable and not in the way
I feel the organisation of the programme could have been much better. The two rotations were not very consistent and lacked communication.
There was some training could have been more
The Culture
Very busy, difficult to get involved
