The Role
The internship was interesting in parts, however some of the rotations were boring as we weren't told what to do and no-one on the desk looked after any of the interns.
Not valued by most of the colleagues. Most of them were friendly enough but generally very busy so didnt spend time with us. It would have been better if certain people on each desk were tasked to look after the interns as part of their role so they didn't feel the work pressure.
One of my line managers was away for the majority of my rotation. Another desk had no supervision apart from a graduate who gave misleading information.
Not very stretched at all. Very few projects were given on the FX floor.
The extent of our responsibilities were to do the morning minutes.
