The Role
It is a good opportunity to know the bank and know the team.
At the starting point, I have nothing to do. I asked for work several time and got nothing, which made me feel I could not add value to the team and not be trusted by my colleagues.
My line manager is very good, we set up weekly 1:1 meeting to communicate my progress.
There is not many work ongoing in my team, so I feel I can't really get something to do.
I am assigned a project lasting for three weeks out of 10 weeks.
I think the training is quite good. But I think the Excel training can be better if it is more applicable to our daily work.
The Company
It is a very good team and fun. Everyone is very approachable.
I like the training and the way that your line manger know what you want.
I would like to apply for another team within the bank which I know from my current position
The Culture
Yes
Edinburgh is very suitable for living.
