The Role
Extremely valuable experience
Very welcoming team, always available to help me ensuring I have work to do.
My Line Manager was friendly, however he did not set me any work and there was no clear structure to my internship. My buddies were very useful, informative and helpful, I was able to talk to them, ask them questions and they were keen to ensure I was experiencing a good time throughout the 10 weeks.
It was very much varied. Some days I would be extremely busy and other days I felt I did not have enough work to do. During the IA Project, I was busy with organising my group presentation, along with completing my report, along with organising the CSR project and my Audit team were asking me to complete work. When I was delaying audit work, it was a disadvantage on me.
Quite a fair amount of responsibility, I was able to shadow stake holder meetings and interviews, I was contributing to an Audit too.
The experience was great as it allowed me to develop good technical skills, knowledge in banking areas and organisation with work.
The Company
Good comfortable and relaxed.
The IA Project and CSR Project was organised. The Audit work was not organised over all.
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
Expensive
Enjoyable
IA Olympics were great!
