The Role
While at first there were some mix ups with who my line manager was and what work I am supposed to be doing, once it got sorted out I was very happy with the support I was given. Everyone on the team was very welcoming and always there to answer any of your questions.
It varied. There were a few weeks with very tight deadlines and a lot of workload. However, before and after these intense periods I felt like I didn't have enough work.
During the times when I was working on a specific project I felt like I was given a fair amount of responsibility and was happy to see that my work has contributed to the project's overall goals.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was pleasant, relaxing and welcoming.
There was a fair amount of training opportunities to take part in as long as you were proactive about it.
