The Role
The more you put in the more you will get out
There was a fantastic team of people who recognised my performance and helped me to do well
Great suppport from levels above me
As this is a sales based role, I was making the most of everyday
I was in control of my schedule
It helped me to learn how to learn great life motivational skills and to develop a strong positive attitude in life.
The Company
I was always working in family homes so the atmosphere was very dynamic and very interesting
Training and activities for days off were very scheduled
I was put through a very intense and established sales school in Nashville Tennessee.

The Culture
Social events were very frequent
I stayed with a family, therefore my outgoings were minimal
We had some great nights out in american cities at the end of the summer
every sunday we done a different activity
