The Role
I enjoyed the diverse tasks and projects.
I felt valued by my team and colleagues.
Colleagues were helpful from all levels.
Sometimes there were fluctuations.. In general I had many tasks to complete but sometimes I had to ask for extra work.
I was responsible for completing my daily tasks and other work projects as part of the internship.
Initial trainings in Investment Banking in general were useful. More specific trainings on our business area were held by Fitch Learning and these sessions were really good. We also had an intensive one-day-long Excel training. After these introductory trainings, I have learnt a lot on the job by performing the tasks. The colleagues were helpful.
The Company
good and supportive environment
placement was well organised
They invested a lot during the introduction week (Fitch Learning held training sessions for us). After the introduction there were some presentations and business specific trainings.
