The Role
I enjoyed this thoroughly but there were some negatives
Most of the time but on occasion others were too busy to give me time in their schedule
I feel little guidance was given outside a few of the graduates. The people higher up had little to suggest for the development of yourself
Highly dependent day to day but overall I was busy a lot of the time
Not a huge amount due to the frequency of the rotations
I do history so it has no correlation. After that it may be useful as I learnt about the business environment
The Company
Very positive with lots of chat
Dependent on which desk but certainly within the foreign currencies department they were very organised
Little. only a 2 day training with poor technicals
