    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The atmosphere in the office is really positive and helpful. If I did something wrong my colleagues or manager explained to me. In a rush hour we help each other. If a client is unhappy for something we try to speak with him in a relaxing way, listening what he has to say.

  • They have trained me few time. I started in Juny 2007, then in September 2007 I was sent to Barcelona for a training week, where I learnt banking vocabulary, the importance of people. During that week I had a lot of people teaching me different things, how to control the nacional and international money, how to see if a check is good or not, the policy of Deutsche Bank, etc. On February I went to Alicante for two days training, this training was refered to my work position, chief operation manager, there was people from all around Alicante.
