The Role
The internship was really exicting and I got exposed to some very interesting things. There were times when the amount of work was not challenging, but times where it was very exciting.
Everyone seemed really pleased to help and share thier experiences with the interns. They appreciated our work.
My supervisor provided the neccessary help, and the managers were very happy to guide me in my project, and my future career.
There were times, due to the nature of the work, where there time spent waiting for meetings, and other times when it was the perfect balance!
I was given the responsibility of a full employee.
The skills I've gained and developed through this internship, as well as learning from other employees experiences will assit me hugely in my future studies and career. It has been really beneficial to make me think of my future career.
The Company
There was a relaxed and fun feel to the office, meanwhile people still got work done.
I started with a clear outline of my project and deadlines I needed to reach to acheive the overall outcome. Other employees were keen to organise experiences for me to go on too, to other areas of the business.
The company put a lot into personal training, and highlighted how they like to develop thier employees and aid them in gaining new skills and qualifications.
