The Role
This was a really enjoyable placement; both the work and the people were great.
Although I wasn't capable of doing complicated tasks, I still felt I was able to help and the teams were very encouraging.
The Graduate Recruitment team organised everything so well and the supervisors also looked after me well.
There were times when I didn't have too much to do but there was always something interesting to look at in terms of documents or the internal website etc.
Although my work was always checked, I felt I was given a good amount of responsibility considering that I was only on a 2 week placement.
They will be very helpful when I begin my legal career.
The Company
Very good. Everybody left their door open and there was always something social going on.
Extremely well. I cannot fault the organisation.
The firm has shown a deep commitment to providing first class training and development, even apparent from just a short placement.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
This is difficult to judge but my chances are much better having done this placement!
The Culture
Yes very good, and the placement students are encouraged to socialise even when there isn't an organised event to attend
Although London is expensive, the firm paid for most of the social events which saved us all a great deal.
Very good, although we only experienced it a couple of times. The potential is very obvious!
Yes, trainees and associates invited us to other events outside of the "organised fun"
