The Role
I enjoyed being able to contribute to the company and felt that my role was not insignificant!
They make me feel very valued as i am now able to ease the workload and share some of the responsibilities.
We have a close but professional relationship, and work as a productive and effective team. I feel confident that i can ask for help as the team i am part of are very approachable and supportive.
Workload was quite intense as certain times, but never unmanageable.
In my Fleet managers absence i was made responsible for some organising some important projects and monitoring the development of preparations for exhibitions.
Very much so as i was able to apply the theory to direct situations, i now feel i have some real life experience from within a multi-national company- which i can now apply to my studies.
The Company
The atmosphere was very down to earth and friendly, we could always have a laugh, however we still remained professional and focused on the jobs in hand!
Extremely organised and accommodating. A day was organised previous to starting where all of the Industrial placement students got to meet each other. On arrival i was inducted and introduced to my team and the other departments on my floor.
Very much so, we undertook three full days training focusing an a variety of areas including 'self development.' I also feel i have gained a tremendous amount of skills which have proved to be of much use.

Very appealing, i felt proud to be part of the organisation.
The Culture
Yes, everyone got on well and we organised many social events together out of work hours.
For myself it was not too expensive as i lived locally so was able to stay at home.
Always a good night out, and not too far to go so taxi's were'nt expensive.
Several, but due to my horse riding - competing and training committments i was often unable to take part.
