The Role
Great levels of responsibilities, really feel as though you are part of the team. Given a range of duties to keep you on your toes.
Felt very welcomed in the team and opinions listened to.
quite good however would have preferred more guidance and support on regular intervals.
VERY theres always work to do and deadlines to meet
alot of responsibility as i ran small projects on my own

it was organised at first but lost it as time went on...
I was not really personally trained and developed. however just being there and working was good training!
