The Role
It was the best time of my life - very intense but totally worth it!
All the HR team were friendly and answered all our questions - I really feel that we gained a massive advantage - like what questions they would and wouldn't ask at interviews, which departments are most and least competitive, and loads more!
There were assessors in all of our exercises, and they provided useful feedback that's made us understand more about ourselves and how we can improve, especially within the framework of the PwC global core competencies.
Very! I was up at 6 most mornings for the gym, then going to bed after 1 each night because we were networking - both with employees and partners. This provided some really useful insight, and helped me understand what I want and need in a career. The busy-ness was tiring, but looking back, it made me feel so much better about what I achieved!
We were responsible for our own growth and learning, which is more than I expected!
I refined my career goals so much - I thought I wanted to be a consultant but now I think I'm meant for a career in tax. Being able to talk to people from all over the company (who give up their time to tell us how much they love their job!) was useful as I understood which parts of what they did I would enjoy and hate. I really reccomend this program - apply!
The Company
Everyone was cool; motivated, happy, and willing to pitch in and get on with work. The assessors were lovely people who were happy to chat about their jobs too!
Perfect - everything was paid for, schedule was hectic but ran to time. The talks were relevent, the food good, and the hotel was lovely (lovely shower jets in the bathroom!)
More than I could ever have expected! I feel like not only do I really want a job at PwC, but that when I work there, I will be a valued employee who will be invested in. Cannot reccomend it enough!

Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
I think I will get an internship (92% of people the week before did!) - and I can't wait to work with them!
The Culture
We always worked with new people and talked to new people - I've made some friends for life for sure!
Everything was paid for!
We got drinks vouchers each night - and the bar was open till late - and was just for us!
There were, just there wasn't enough time!
