The Role
It was very enjoyable but I didn't learn a lot. I wasn't really responsible for anything. I felt like I was a high school pupil, not an adult working for their salary.
Colleagues are definitely a strength of Santander, and they valued me very much, even though I did not have an opportunity to show them more than 30% of my capability.
Weekly 1 on 1's were regular and full of content. However, it was hard to receive anything from anybody between them.
I would definitely enjoy a more fast paced environment. Here it looks like the job is completed when its completed, not when it is needed to be completed.
None. Literally. I could have stayed at home and nobody would notice.
I basically used outlook and common sense.
The Company
It's not like there is a very fun atmosphere and camaraderie, more like a big family. Boring, but they care about you.
It was alright, but the events for all the interns were very poor - suffered a lot from technical difficulties.
I did not have any courses. On the other hand, I have been to many places and did not have to work a lot, yet they have paid the salary, so this is some sort of investment.
National Travel
It is a well organised funnel.
The Culture
Nothing special, normal get-togethers every now and then.
London is the most expensive. Period.
Like London Nightlife. Cool but expensive.
I would prefer not to answer that.
