The Role
The work was often tedius, but tryed to cater to me interests
Was treated equally
Always had my 121, answered all my questions, took time to make sure I understand what I was doing and why
Varied alot, work tend to come in bulk
Given important jobs but was supported and reviewed
Made me think about what I want to do alot more. Help with excel and presentations. Offer a lot to talk about in the interview (work and CSR event)
The Company
Minimal communication and interaction
Manager always asked what they could do to let me experience as much as I could.
Pay is a lot lower then competitors, and the rotations being anywhere is not preferrable
The Culture
Yes got on very well with the interns more events together would be encouraged
Luckily had my University house to live at rent free other wise the wages would of not been able to pay for my rent and living costs
Bad
