The Role
Great opportunity to apply things learnt at university. Lots of varied work, 12 other interns to spend time out of work with.
Was given meaningful tasks so felt part of the team
Any queries were sorted quickly, everyone was happy to help.
First 8 weeks very busy which is good. As projects came to an end, became less busy but this is understandable.
Given tasks which including representing my department at meetings with other engineering functions.
Now have a better understanding of a variety of software and the processes used in the work place.

Accommodation average but other costs were cheap.

Cycling, walking, swimming. The lake district is on your doorstep
