The Role
It was the best career opportunity I took
GE is very good in choosing the right style and attitude of people
My manager was very approachable and frank
This varies on what project you are assigned, overall there was a good balance
GE doesn't treat you as an intern but as a normal engineer
GE has provided me with an appreciation of engineering that I didn't find in my degree
The Company
A pro-learning environment
There was some confusion at times, but this would be a small criticism
On route to chartership
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
Acquired a permanent position
The Culture
A good engagement from both colleague and company level
It was fine
N/A
Lots of opportunities and encouragement
