The Role
Loved the people I worked with and thought the job suited me perfectly.
Everyone treated me as one of the team and I was utilised as much as the full-time employees.
Help was available whenever I needed it, they tried to give me tasks that would benefit my development.
Sometimes I was too busy & sometimes I didn't have enough to do, but that was just the nature of the role I was in. Ultimately it was about dealing with the work in the busy times, and finding work in the quiet points.
Far more than I imagined.
I think my placement year has actually developed me more, and been more valuable than the other 2 years of my studies.
The Company
Always a friendly and positive atmosphere.
There were aspects that I thought could have been prepared better, but overall I think it was well structured.
I had the opportunity for a wide variety of training courses.
